About us
At Exclusive Floors we believe that flooring is the launching point for a beautiful interior design. Not only does it set the tone for your personal style, but it's functional and (in our opinion) meant to last. Your floors should withstand at least a couple interior trend transitions and if required - high foot traffic, activity, children and pets. We are passionate about helping you design a home that you absolutely love AND that works for your budget and lifestyle.
We will not sacrifice when it comes to quality, both in terms of product and installation. Our Flooring Consultants are trained experts who will communicate the risks and rewards to every decision that you are considering. Not all floors are created equal nor are they meant for all spaces or conditions. We will make sure you are empowered to choose a solution that will last and once you've made your decision, we'll install it by the highest standard. Quality is a promise we stand behind.
Today we are proud to employ over 250 local men and women including a full team of qualified tile, carpet, and hard surface installers. We have 3 large warehouses (one on each site), a fleet of delivery trucks and 3 beautifully renovated showrooms.

Exclusive Floors began as a family-owned business in 1979 with one man, a van full of carpet and a dream; the company has since grown into the largest flooring retailer in British Columbia. Now with three locations and over 1000 years of combined experience, our success is proven by our loyal builder and retail clientele.
