How Exclusive Floors Makes Flooring Easy for You
Our three beautifully renovated showrooms in Surrey, Abbotsford and Coquitlam each provide a one-stop-shop experience for our customers. A knowledgeable Flooring Consultant will guide you through the selection process, measure your home, provide a professional and accurate estimate and arrange the installation along with the small details that surround it. Our showroom staff will always be around to help, but you will have a designated Flooring Consultant (who knows your project inside out) to guide you through the entire journey.

To help you make the right choice we offer:
Free measure: We will happily come to your home to measure the project space and accurately determine the square footage of flooring required.
Free samples: Flooring will look different in your home than it looks in our showroom. We encourage you to take samples home to test them out! If we don't have the sample you're looking for we will be happy to order it in for you.
Free quote: After you've made a few selections we will provide a quote for the options you love. Your complete quote will include details on labour and other potential costs such as floor flattening, furniture removal, flooring disposal etc.
